this is taking way too long for a small cap company.. unnecessary damage to company and shareholders as well as Canadian health care sector on TSX. Valeant and now Concordia are out of investor confidence. Only few COs are there to invest.. total mess.. May be a large shareholder leaks news again to get out. CB
