BO or FinancingI recall reading in a previous post that the strategic review may be about the debt and nothing more. If this is the case, could the Company be planning a financing lets say for example 20 million shares at $28.00 to be applied directly to the debt or for regular payments. Its for sure that it would be easier to do a financing at $28.00 than at $40.00 which could explain the lack of news from the Company while the share price keeps dropping.
