RE:BO or FinancingThat sounds like suicide attempt.. I don't see MT keeping his role by next year.. additional why would MT and Cinven dilute themselves and us? We all know debt is manageable and company doesn't want to be debt free either.. just bring it to reasonable debt/ebitda ratio.. Though I have to say that this BO uncertainty is annoying as f.. CB

If this is the case, could the Company be planning a financing lets say for example 20 million shares at $28.00 to be applied directly to the debt or for regular payments. Its for sure that it would be easier to do a financing at $28.00 than at $40.00 which could explain the lack of news from the Company while the share price keeps dropping.
