RE:RE:RE:RE:saleA PE firm would rather not wait for validation from CXR as to their true worth , they would rather pay as least as possible and MT would not fight them on it as it leaves slit more room for perks and insentives on the other side. If a buyout was to occure , it has to happen soon before SP rises so that it could look attractive to shareholders , otherwise it will be much later in my opinion .
