RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Good cop, bad cop... does it ring a bellCheck out the chart of Horizon Pharma.  Breaking out.  Now trading at 8.1x ev/ebitda.  If you haircut CXR's ebitda to $590 mln. Due to the pound; CXR would have 30+% upside using the same multiple.
