This is their last hope to drive share price futher down as they are unable to cover, I don't believe FDA is listenning.
As you may know Donnatal is just under 10% of US sales, and that would be catastrofic for the company.
My other source is telling me there is no chance nor reason for regulators to remove drug from the market. Very proven and safe.
