Horizon Pharma should buy CXR....

Horizon Pharma should buy CXR.... Just for shares, modest premium.  Hugely accretive to HZNP.  Balance sheet is okay, but strong free cash flow.  Huge upgrade on management too.  I would be very happy to roll into Horizon shares.
