24996544 Ontario Ltd. is the Company that the face and founder, Mark Laurence Thompson, transferred his 2.1 million shares to on February 18, 2016. This company looks like it was moved to the Cayman Islands the next day. The PR from the company to announce that they are no longer allowed to hedge their shares was in March 2016. Rascal.
