RE:RE:Just re-boughtTOMMY - Glad you got out at 16. After hearing the funeral procession of a conference call I was more than ready to cut my losses. I sold on open at 15.50 for a 1/4 mil loss. I'll join the legal action (nothing to lose). I'm questioning why management didn't halt the stock and issue a profit warning the day it dropped 18%. Instead they issue a statement stating how great things are going. All the while the CFO has resigned (god knows why) and the sh*t is ready to hit the fan on earnings day.
Keep an eye on the market over the next year. Valuations are high right now and at some point it will pull back. Best to keep a close eye on that going forward. Best of luck :)
