Please post name(s) of lawyers against the short sellers
I only have a simple request. Does anyone have the name(s) of the lawyers representing shareholders for the Class Action Suit against the short sellers attacking Concordia Health?
I have reviewed all the information relating to this investment and we would like to join the suit against the short sellers who have used short selling to drive artificially and negatively impact the share price to these levels.
There are some very credible, well known investors who have recently added to their positions on Concordia. We are not selling, we are likely adding to our position as well. All the publicity seems to aiming at Concordia when the clear culprit in our views for the crash of this stock are short selling US Hedge Funds.
Blackstone is not a pharma or drug company, they are a hedge fund company which raises concerns. We have some serious questions that we want answers to and it seems a Class Action Suit is the best way to discoveries.
