I am providing a list, however it is incomplete, (a complete list and the status of each suit can be viewed on Pacer) of law suits against the defendants Concordia International, Mark Thompson and Adrian de Saldahlaa for investors who have puchased CXR shares. Full status of each suit, can be viewed on Pacer. All on the list below have issued summons to Concordia within the last ten days. Some have already been granted an initial conference hearings date as early as October 5th, 2016.
