Timing and risk rewardIf is we're on the sidelines, I would hold off until the end of the quarter but before earnings and if no negative announcement / news I would buy - could be the big bounce! Probably unlikely after all the lawsuits they don't warn this time if they can't meet guidance. Still lots of shorts so if they are on target to meet guidance the potential for a significant increase is there. Trading at less than 1x EBITDA if they can meet guidance.
