RE:RE:Cinven earnoutI read the press release on the amco deal in a different light. Clearly says on release that certain targets had to be reached before the full earn out payment. You will find it on google. It is based on revenues and earnings for the period ending the month of september. No point calling it an earn out if in fact no conditions were attached.
