They were dying every quarter and sounded like they are dead already, employees were leaving or let go...
Company was loosing money from operations and list goes on...
Here company is making money, consistent cash-flow, last quarter disappointment was NOT from operation, but from reporting loss on failed takeover (if we put it in plain English)
