  2. March 31st, 2016 the CEO of CXRX transferred 100% of his shares into2466544 ONTARIOLTD.

This should read as a warning to investors. Especially those with only a cursory knowledge.



Looks like tax evasion. Maybe he should be reported to CRA: https://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/leads/
