RE:RE:RE:You want technicals? Here!Pro, you are such a hedge fund sluuttt. So now debt is $4.2B?  How did it go up by $1 Billion?

Hey adam buddy,  long time no see!  Don't you think the fundamentals have changed a "tad" since August?

Buddy patten here keeps clamouring about the great Free Cash Flow which is was only $46M last quarter and decreasing because of the "surprise" generics competition.

Debt is likely exceeding assets and with guidance down, now sure what you fundamental guys are happy about?  Generics are eating this company's lunch and that has just started.

Debt is crippling 4.2B (dwarfting the market cap of peanuts) and they don't have the cash to pay for the Cinven $189M due this quarter from the acquisition. Yeah they can delay paying for 5 months but that's like not being able to pay for your credit card balance.  Slippery slope.

Some of us speculate there's an additional $72M due because of that 4 drug UK acquisitions to that unspecified "specified" third party in the UK with happened June 1st.  Nothing is confirmed there because this disclosure practices is... well poor.

This stock smells like a hog farm with investors walking around ignoring the stench and blaming the shorts for the CEO's actions!  Deplorable!

And, it's not as if I'm in love with shorts!  I specialize in elf bowling normally when I detect bad actors but here?  The bad actor transferred all his shares to a company (so he technically owns NONE)!!!!!

You guys are swimming with fat pigs here. Sorry to say...
