RE:RE:ImhofYou may want to do some DD and go to stockchase.com as it is not just one opinion. Not one buy recommendation and mostly "don't buy or sell". There is zero visiblity to see growth from this name but many landmines that could result in huge losses from these levels. If you are trading a small position you make some profit it trading it it, but you have been pumping this since the stock was $12-13 and need the stock to go up over 100% to get back to even at this point. Unfortunately it looks like these lawsuits may have teeth and this could go to zero fast, which would be bad for most shorts for tax implications in such a good year.
