What is the date on that? I must have read through all the documents on Sedar at least twice. The November 10 2015 page 54 has no information relating to a December pay date for the first portion. Page 54 is an index page for past Amco financials.
Page 2 of that document has the $72M due to the Vendor if certain specified "pharmaceuticals" are acquired before October 1 2016 but doesn't specify the pharmaceuticals?
Very confusing and lots of lose ends.
What date is Amco Sale and Purchase agreement because I don't think it has a clear title if it's on Sedar but I'll find it by date. Thanks!
