That's the way I read the charts myself,  there is enough momentum to possibly carry this to $7 CAD but I did start to re-add to my short here in the $6.80s myself.  The 2h period chart still shows positive momentum on the upsides.  I see more chances of hitting $6 at this point that $7.60, that's how I look  But I'll wait for $7 to short sell some more. Hey Small Short, go to page 54 of the Amco purchase and sale agreement. It details a long process for figuring out whether the earn-out is payable after the end of q3. That is why first half is only payable in December, which is after that process ends.

The November 10 2015 page 54 has no information relating to a December pay date for the first portion. Page 54 is an index page for past Amco financials. Page 2 of that document has
