MT'S SHARES ARE THE EXCEPTION BECUASE HIS BROKER FORCED THE SALE ON A MARGIN CALL. BECAUSE THE COMPANY IS IN A BLACKOUT PERIOD, MT COULD NOT MAKE A DECISION TO AVOID THE MARGIN CALL.
