RE:RE:Many PE firms trying to work out a dealA lot of capital market deals are not underwritten. This will be a private placement for sophisticated investors who are not duped by the nonsense on this board. The com[any counts many institutional shareholders among its shareholders, including Steve Cohen's Point 72 and various pension funds. You think those institutions can't assess the value in this company while you 2 bit shorts can. All you do is spread misinformation and speard fear, uncertainty and doubt among unsophisticated retail investors.

Would no one underwrite it because there is no funds willing to buy? This a huge red flad when a public company goes to pirate equity for cash. Read into it anyway you want but you don't get favorable terms on a payday loan and if they don't get money something tells me this will go south very fast.

i am sure they are not stupid, cohen almost holds a 6% position in here and so does many teachers pension funds , military funds , etc . I think if u make this into a long term investment at these liqidation prices, it automatically becomes a value play.
