You, on the other hand, pretend not to know what not registered under the Securities Act means. I hate to say it, but I know you are smarter than that. As for misrepresentations, they are covered by contractual representations made to subscribing investors directly. Just becuase there isn't a prospectus does not mean subscribing investors do not have a claim for misrepresentations made to them in the offering documents.

What happened to the convertible debnetures? LOL. Or the GBP rallying you have been touting on this bullboard since September 1st because I am watching the GBP getting WHACKED.
