Markets NOT happy with Conclusion of Strategy ReviewProof? -6% yesterday!!!! Concordia:
1. Didn't disclose who holds the assets via the Notes
2. Put in some past exec with poor shareholder performance as a Board member and the board has no teeth. Dentures are falling off here...
3. Agency Theory is completely broken on CXR because insiders hold hardly any shares.
4. Business model is broken and won't be able to compete against goverment regulators in the US and UK. Government has BIG TEETH especially after outragious "scumbag" actions have been performed.
5. Company isn't working for shareholders, people with long positions but has done a WONDER job supporting the shorties.
6 They are running out of tricks here.... And even if they pull some one, the novices & little guys will get whacked but the pros won't.
