MustardTiger  You need a subscription to The Times to get access, but here is part of the article that I cut and pasted.

The formal launch of the inquiry came five months after Jeremy Hunt, the health secretary, referred the findings to the regulator. The CMA said that it was examining “suspected unfair pricing by way of charging excessive prices in the supply of certain pharmaceutical products, including to the NHS” but did not name the companies involved.

One of the companies exposed by The Times, Concordia International, formerly known as AMCo, confirmed that it was under investigation.

If they rollback prices, as was suggested in parliament, it could have a large impact on cashflows. The company has not allowed for this bill to affect them, but it sounds like they are the target of it after seeing them named numerous times in parliamentary proceedings.

However the CMA investigation is material. It was well known to happen.

Personally I will wait until after I can digest Q4 to re-enter. Better to have some chickens vs. no chickens lol and make a rationale investment decision
