Definitely Short and Distort. But good for Billy he did shed light on the issue. FYI the 12,500% increase by a firm he referenced is NOT Concordia. However the CMA investigation is material. It was well known to happen. Personally I will wait until after I can digest Q4 to re-enter. Better to have some chickens vs. no chickens lol and make a rationale investment decision

I think it would be hard to jump in for a true long position until the effects of the Nhs bill are fully known. If they rollback prices, as was suggested in parliament, it could have a large impact on cashflows. The company has not allowed for this bill to affect them, but it sounds like they are the target of it after seeing them named numerous times in parliamentary proceedings.
