RE:Poetry - MT in His Own Words 24 March 2016

RE:Poetry - MT in His Own Words 24 March 2016His lies started in October 2015 when he said on public television that the company is not like Valeant at all and does not rely on price increases to grow.  This was a lie, its BS and its fraud in my book.  The company did in fact rely on geometric price increases do make up for their declining volume of their old outdated drugs that they get manufacturer's to load up when they announce a price increase - and this my folks is known as "channel stuffing" in the pharma business..  and you can only stuff the channel so much and then what?  The game is over.

Dogsbreakfast4U wrote: Was this fraud or just plain BS or both? ''I think that we've never been better positioned. I think the dislocation right now in the pharma market is fantastic, you actually read my mind and what I was going to say at the close if the call. We have a platform that stands alone, nobody else has a platform like us. Yes we are capital restrained right now and yes our focus is on paying down the debt, but I'm not looking at this business as a quarter-over-quarter business, I'm looking at this business over the years t come. And we are uniquely positioned in that time to pick up on that dislocation, I mean there is margins that are happening which will result in products being divested, units being divested. There are companies right now that are in this already and have no opportunity other than to divest product. So I have never been more excited about our business and we have more opportunities than we have ever had. Looking around the table, we have a fantastic team here, a fantastic around the globe, Center of Excellence in India. So I think we stand alone and really our future has never been brighter.'' WOW!!
