RE:RE:Summary and my take onSorry, it's a penny stock company; here's more interesting, we have big players and there's more logical thinking... The technicallies of stocks that were brought by shorter article (peels or something), along with discussion on Alpha, is irrelevant, because it's a game here with big money in and technicallies will not resolve it.

Bondholders can't get their money back, they understand it and if they push company in Chapter 11, they will get much less money, if they decide it peacefully behind dinner table or golf match...

Sometimes you learn funny things like CEO's wife of company A works as SVP at company B; and company A and B competitors; and they all meet company C (another competitor) for a weekend dinner to discuss "kids"

The world is so interconnected at CEO level, so  I think, now they discuss, who get what % on a $1, when it will be sold to a pharma company
