RE:$50 price target

RE:$50 price targetThis post shows how little you know about the company that you have apparently invested in. There are no Concordia products in the FDA cue. Zero... None... The drugs that cxrx taunted were reformulations and repacks, and also brand strippping drugs in the uk and relaunchng as new products. That is why the analyst community is rolling their eyes. What "nonsense departments" are you referring to that you want sold? And if you actually had a response here to that question, who the heck would buy "these departments?" What do you use to calculate your absurd price target? My price target is $0 based on the fact that in the earnings call Management guided to single-digit price erosion relative to Q4/16 on a run-rate basis, so that most likely leads to an Adj EBITDA of $313MM. Combined with ongoing UK regulatory risk (NHS bill and CMA investigations), you can make up any price target you want but you have nothing to support your value that you have pulled out of thin air (or perhaps it is your break even?, I don't know...) As another poster has pointed out, the company has $270MM in coupon payments and principal repayments of $34MM so that will eat up all their free cash flow. That is why they could not give guidance to the investment community. The entire portfolio is challenged and the entire balance sheet is tied up by debt. That is why Concordia's bonds are selling off. You can dream on for a big turnaround so you can purchase "extravagant cars" but Jeezus, (or Allah.. as the case may be...) I agree with the guy here who said that you should instead buy shares for Oberman - so that it at least looks like he has confidence in the company as he doesn't own one single common share!
suitman87 wrote: After today's turnaround things are looking pretty good . I may buy a couple thousand more shares.. Extremely excited for the big turnaround, unlimitate success, will purchase massive properties and the most extravagant cars. may date 20-30 modles at the same time and will also purchase a private jet. will have nonstop parties with TOTAL INTENSITY. Allen is invited if he does a good job and sells these Nonsense departments and focusses on cutting debt in half while getting the brain dead FDA to greenlight those new products. It can be done if he is vigorous with his politices, MAKE CHANGES NOW! LETS GO FOR A $30 PRICE TARGET BY 2018.
