RE:Norges Bank increased position from 809k to 1.7m shares. Hmmm.. 4th Quarter..... 2016? They have had two disastrous earnings reports since then so longs are really grasping at straws if you have to bring up that old news.
If they didn't dump after 4Q-2016, did you calculate how much they have LOST since the fourth quarter? It will make you feel better for your losses.
