Definitely Dave you did. But do you not think boards across the nation are full of egotistical people that think they can pull off the impossible? Take the last blockbuster Cenovus deal etc etc. I have no doubt that the directors who have zero equity in this company will do just fine.
The capital structure of Concordia is upside down. If directors wish to award themselves fantasy options that will make them wealthy in the event of a miracle - then so be it. The clock is still ticking and reality will be a restructuring or takeover.
