Did they make a proposal to the ad hoc committees following the interest deferral? - of course they did. This occurred in Late October / Early November.
Did that proposal get approved and passed on to the regular investors - no it didn't. Why not - because it was rejected at the ad hoc level and wouldn't stand a chance of getting the necessary votes to pass CBCA.
