Yes, there are scenarios where a current share will turn out to be worth $1.00 within the next 12 months, but it would require some pretty skillful negotiation and a turn of events, neither of which I think is really in the cards. That said, there is a very real chance that the trading price could spike to over a dollar as the result of day-trader activity, such as what occurred around the middle of December. Stock performance mostly follows company news -- generally exaggerating it either way -- but day-trading activity often is unrelated to that and, outside of the game (which is what it is) of day-trading, can be completely irrational. We have seen it here, and we will probably see it again.
