No news rel here or anywhere. Is this repricing is true, that blatant withholding of material info. and handled with a class action. Anything bunting says should already be in an NR!!

It was wrong of Mark Bunting to say that. Unless the contract is found to be misrepresentative, the deal at $65 US holds.

doubt it will get repriced. a deal is a deal contract was at  65 bucks, and it was oversubscribed.

That's total speculation until CEO/company comes out with more info (and they haven't yet). Tomorrow is the set closing date for the deal so we will finally hear from the CEO about what happened. Until then, we don't know.  From an outsider's perspective it seems like there is a chance of issues but it was most likely overbought right away so I doubt they have to change
