do any of you feel the company could be doing another share offering at a price down here to help with the acquisition? they might be getting pressure to help offset the deal that just closed at 65usd

A possibility but I highly doubt it. Management is experienced and has done numerous raises. They have the debt priced for the deal (from my understanding at 7%) and the required equity raised ($500 million) to close the deal. They simply don't need the additional capital and its beyond their control what transpired after the raise. I think there will be litlte news untiil the next earnings
