RE:share offeringA possibility but I highly doubt it. Management is experienced and has done numerous raises. They have the debt priced for the deal (from my understanding at 7%) and the required equity raised ($500 million) to close the deal. They simply don't need the additional capital and its beyond their control what transpired after the raise. I think there will be litlte news untiil the next earnings call in mid November where Mark will clarify a lot of misconceptions in the market. That's when the stock will really move or just before it.
