Nonsense, if there is a margin call, you can sell any stock in you portfolio you want. Doesnt have to be CXR. If CXR has great potential, I would sell something else for the margin call.

I would not. I'd sell CXR and buy it lower. Easy peasey in this climate.

watch out for tomorrow as the releases ALL say closing on or about October 21st. it could easily close a day or 2 late like most transactions. if it doesn't close tomorrow you could easily see them take it below $30 with not a lot of volume and a lot of fear and doubt.
