Shares up for sale
20 bucks higher than the high today. Houses cannot use my longs to short when they are up for sale way down the road. Good plan

Is that actually true? If your sales are up for sale (say $85), does that mean broker can't use those shares to short???

Apparently it is true. I am no expert and trying to learn more about this shorting thing as it has also hurt me bad. Ive been seeing it brought up on other boards by people with a fair bit of shorting knowlege. I figure it is easy to do so why not.
