valuations & target prices
if you look at the chart there are a lot of people who think that there is much less value in CXR today. Smart money has left for now & value people are in the minority.
And as far as target prices are concerned there are 2 ways to look at it.
One.....if a stock's SP is on the rise & there are a lot of MMs each trying to out-raise each other target prices it could propel a stock higher & kep it there;
Two...If a MMs/analysts (clients) are underwater & they raise his target prices I call that pumping. On BB that's what we call posters when they do that right.?

Please tell me and provide evidence of who thinks CXR is worth less than 5x. And what evidence do you have that smart money has left? What was the 40% run up last week then?
