valuations & target pricesif you look at the chart there are a lot of people who think that there is much less value in CXR today. Smart money has left for now & value people are in the minority.
And as far as target prices are concerned there are 2 ways to look at it.
One.....if a stock's SP is on the rise & there are a lot of MMs each trying to out-raise each other target prices it could propel a stock higher & kep it there;
Two...If a MMs/analysts (clients) are underwater & they raise his target prices I call that pumping. On BB that's what we call posters when they do that right.?
