NOTWRONG- you still haven answered my question

Which is it? Over-leveraged or profitable going to $100.00 in medium term?

Notwrong - Did you say over-leveraged? Let me re-post what you actually said a couple weeks ago when you stepped into your alter personality.
So...tell us Notwrong, which quote do you want to stick with?
I guess that all depends if you're Dr. Jekyll or Mr. Hyde at that moment.

I actually expressed exactly the same opinion a couple of weeks ago when I started posting on this board, but immediately, I was stonewalled and attacked by the resident pumping house gang here with their usually practice of harassment and bullying.  I have been fighting them since.  I wonder what the gang has to say now that CXR management has said the same thing.

Haven't followed the CXR story closely. What are the catalysts/prospects going forward here?

Please let me know exactly when and where you saw that CXR said that is  <over-leveraged to continue on its M&A strategy and will switch to organic. > It was an analyst who said it, not CXR. CXR said that the debt ,in your opinion < over-leveraged> will be paid by cashflow.-this is organic grow. They have already started it. CXR said also that the company will continue her ...more

Healthstock1234- to answer your question, it is strictly a move from accounting perspective, to divide the payment (deduction) into different quarters and different calendar years. Don't forget, this is a performance payment. If there is poor performance or no performance ... a smaller payment or no payment is made. Obviously CXR is looking to alter the payment date because they expect good ...more

, was for notwrong. Doesn't matter, we have again the same opinion.Sorry if my English let you understand something different.

Stockcoach1: I am not sure that would be correct, as the event that triggers the payment should normally decide to which accounting period the expense belongs. The evidence in this is that the amount deferred will accrue interest from the earlier period. I think the reasoning is more to keep cash available for significant purchases currently being worked on. Another good reason to buy more CXR ...more

< I am not sure that would be correct, as the event that triggers the payment should normally decide to which accounting period the expense belongs. > Maybe you think at the matching principle:let the expense follow the revenue. Here, in this case, the debt will be full disclosed by Note at Sept 30 and they will apply: 'Record expenses when are incurred"=when they pay the debt ...more

I was speaking about only the new delay. [/quote]

Adamchess- That is definitely a posibility I have not considered.  Although CXR  has a history of pulling the trigger quickly, and in the past has not taken a year to put a deal together, you never know. My explanation was suggested to me by someone with knowledge in these things, who believes that a huge lump sum payout  in one quarter or year, would distort the optics of EPS. In ...more

Notwrong- I can't possibly re- post all your posts as there are literally hundreds to intentionally bury and cause a  reaction from all legit investors. I only attempted to showed an example of your Jekkyl and Hyde personalities. You're a hypocrite,  to label all members as pumpers and dumpers @49.00 while you call for 100.00 in mid term. You still have not answered my question ...more
