It was an analyst who said it, not CXR.
CXR said that the debt ,in your opinion < over-leveraged> will be paid by cashflow.-this is organic grow.They have already started it.
CXR said also that the company will continue her _grow by acquisitions_but they didn't specified when they will do it. After or before this payment of the debt.
Nobody presented the cashflow, CXR spoke only about the 60 products ,3 years, and give us an estimatimation about the company size in the next year.
Maybe it is better to ask them why they change the date of payment, but even that, the date is only 4 months later, not 4 years.
I am not here to say that your opinion in not correct, but , because you can not justify it,this will remains only a supposition, an opinion, nothing more than it.
