Wow, 104% premium to yesterday's close! Thats a nice price considering the stock hasn't reached the offering price of $24/share since 2007!!!!!!!!!!!! WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF. These people REALLY want that Company.

You just never know when a deal like that is announced. CXR is so cheap right now a company like Novartis or Pfizer could buy it outright.  I'd be tempted to take 104% premium on current value.

Yeah honestly I remember mid last summer when tax inversions were being considered seriously by the major pharma's. Concordia was definately a takeout target because of its efficient tax structure. I'm not sure if its still the case given the AMCO transaction (previously Concordia would've been very easy to integrate). I hope a takeover offer comes, regardless of the premium - it' ...more
