I agree with Marcel BUT

Lets look at the dark side.

For the next week or months.

If the stock price goes below $30 I would suggest selling half.
If the stock price goes below $25.04, must sell ALL.

If there are buyout talks, the leaks will not let the price go below these numbers.

If, and I hope not, the price goes below $25.04, and you guys still haven't sold a share, I will respectfully say,  your mama raised a fool.
The ALGOS will go nuts and drop the heck out of it.

Below $25.04 and 50% it is bankrupt.

FD, when you say "Below $25.04 and 50% it is bankrupt.", what does SP have to do with fundamentals? These days they look like different animals (bulls and weasels).

Just my prediction Sunny. I had the same type of predicition with Timminco in 2009. If things are well, price should not go below $25.04. If it does, the market is talking and telling us that CXR is in big trouble. We desperately need a buyout. In fact, we needed the news this morning.

Question for legit bulls.  Do you know you are trying to have an intelligent discussion with a clown?
Comment by fdfd12 on Jun 06, 2016 9:13am
Who is the clown?

Fdfd..... you are the fool..... just sell your CXR shares and get the fuk of this board. I've had enough of your flip flopping... You are another moron.

Thank you PJ. I see you can't take anything negative. All I am saying is if we don't hold those levels, that is a BAD sign.
Comment by Pj1958 on Jun 06, 2016 10:11am
If this happens , then is what happens , but if that happens then this happens and if it doesn't happen , then that won't happen , but if it happens then all the other things may or may not happen. But you see this happening before this date means this won't happen but the other thing will happen knowing that the other thing won't happen , so anything happening is dependent on ...more

You couldn't of done a better job of it PJ. I like to stick to the facts not rumours. I'd yet to see any confirmation from "the players" that a buyout Is taking place. Concordia's "review of Strategic Alternatives" is aimed at increasing the SP to reflect true values. A sale of the company is just one option. Since CXR is fundamentally in great shape, a sale of the ...more

Stockcoach, you sound like you would rather not have a buyout! Also do you think that those articles over the week-end have a big impact on CXR?
Comment by Stockcoach1 on Jun 06, 2016 11:35am
Fdfd12; ......if you had a million dollar home would it make sense for you to accept $400,000 because some people told you to do so?  I trust MT to make decisions based on his inside knowledge and not on what you think or what SH bloggers demand.  As far as the articles are concerned, they are noise created by players and noises impact weak hands to the benefit of strong ones. This ...more

Coach, I am not flip flopping. I use technicals and if the stock gets to $25, then this is a sell signal. At that price, there is no buyout. Do not think that price will go to $25 and then uyout at $80CAN. Will not happen. When you have a takout, you have hundreds of lawyer and accountants involved. One tells their wife and even grandmother to buy. For a takout, it would make more sense of a ...more

FDFD.... You are flip flopping... You said you would sell half of your position , and the other half if it goes to $25. Just sell all your shares now and get the fuk off this BB . You are a nuisance .
Comment by fdfd12 on Jun 06, 2016 12:03pm
What is wrong PJ, you don't like to read someone who doesn't agree with you?
Comment by Pj1958 on Jun 06, 2016 12:14pm
FDFD.... I don't mind reading both sides of the story.... But not from the same person....first you see CXR going to $300 over time, then if it hits $25 ,it's going bankrupt. Is this the analysis of a person who is an investor who has done DD , or a flip flopper. I say you need to move on and invest in CD's or government bonds. You have been polluting this BB for several months now ...more

Well, PJ it goes like this.... If  CXR is the company that we know it is, then it should follow a certain path in the share price. It isn't and it is CXR's price that is flip flopping from $34-$44. If a stock was as good as you guys say, it shouldn't do that. Why didn't CSU, NFI, KXS, etc.... do waht CXR is doing. That is why we have to look at it with caution.
Comment by terminator007 on Jun 06, 2016 12:28pm
FDFD, It would be non-sense to judge a co only looking at its share price.  That's why we see PEs are bidding for this co. How long have you been in the market? Not to bash you, but you seem to lack understanding how market and sector work.
Comment by fdfd12 on Jun 06, 2016 12:35pm
And respectfully, you seem to lack understanding on how technical analysis work.
Comment by terminator007 on Jun 06, 2016 12:38pm
I imagine PEs also lack understanding of TA ;-)
Comment by fdfd12 on Jun 06, 2016 12:41pm
We will see in the offer how much they understand or lack. If you guys see an offer of $65USD, then you guys are right. If you guys see and offer of $40USD and rejected, then I am right.

Fdfd12, ...you ask a question, but you obviously didn't consider the answer. You're going around circles like an annoying 12 year old girl in the backseat. Stop talking TO and prices and let MT drive the car already.
Comment by fdfd12 on Jun 06, 2016 12:14pm
STockcoach, there are now too many outside variables that MT can't control. With me believing in Technicals, I know something is wrong. If I sell, I might miss out on the TO. If I hold, we can go down the drain (which nobody here believes). Like I said on the week-end, cant live with her and cant live without her.

Agree. Waste of time on rumours and theories. As I said, I have BIDS Lower and lower. This is how this game is played. Sold some at $34.10, bought some at $33.67, sold at $34.10. If you bough high, average down is the way to go. If your other stocks: gold, Oil, gas are doing well, you should be purring. I am, quietly.
