where in the world is the regulator to protect us investors?  are they too busy at Ho Shim?  i can't believe all of these "releases", "tweets" about buy-outs are happening and nothing from the co and no halts.  this is a joke and everyone here needs to call IIROC and ask them what they are doing....

IIROC???  That's the self regulated joke that governs the brokerages and banksters!  What apparently protects Canadian Investors are "Provincial Regulators" which can'e even figure out where companies are registered let along protect you. Get educated!  That's how you protect yourself!  Even the Feds in Canada, at the Minister of Finance punts it down
