Buyout

Deal is signed and  CEO just waiting for the right time to squeeze the most shorts.

It will be epic.  THe lower the share price is the faster and more violent the sqeeze will be.

Wait for it.

Thank me later.

InsiderTrader, if a deal were signed the company would have an obligation to disclose.  I think there is likely a deal in the cards, but the buyer(s) are waiting for the brexit vote. We have a few more days to wait for an announcement, but I believe one is coming. Let's hope the vote is negative and the British pound moves up nicely, along with CXR's negotiation power.

An agread upon deal moving to close? YES, but MT does not wield a magic sword as there are others (Greenhil)l that move the pace of negotiations, unfortunatly these shorts are very well connected and know every move, that is why they are forcing max pain with pushing stock lower and feeding negativity on chatboards, they are fully aware of timing. Through options and other strategies the shorts ...more

Startraveller: my position is firm and speaks for my confidence in the buyout going through. My words  are sometimes structured to get the shorts and bashers to write responses manefesting their desperation.  The war of words as as important as the the real war as it does demoralize your enemy. Your two posts mirror exactly what I've been expressing all along.  Just remember ...more

Understand, but I also undertsand that as much as this is hard to believe( and illigal) , most big short crews already know not only what cards they are holding but their opponents as well, all thats left to do is pick a company they feel they have enough negative points of relevence, start a bashing campaign, feed the information to their conatcts in the media so as to put an exaggerated negative ...more

Are you fng high?  You think you can move markets by wasting time posting on a peasants message board?   Also how are shorts "desperate"?  We're the ones getting our asses handed to us - I like I bet most people here have already average down once and are still holding at a $40+ average price ...... we're getting massacred here and you think the shorts are ...more

Well said, Some people don't know how to STFU and stop pumping. I really hate it when people say whatever just to satisfiy their own beliefs and end up intoxicatbng the rest of the conversation.

Seriously...the Short Party has been winding down for some time now. If Oberman's thinking is to squeeze the shorts, isn't it a little late in the game?
Comment by rad10 on Nov 05, 2017 6:16pm
I think the post was tongue in cheek - as it originates from 2016.  I really don't think squeezing shorts is a priority for any responsible / honorable executive.

Good to know...BUT how do you know? I presume you are referring to restructuring...at least I hope are  since the Buyout fizzled out (some might say the pump and dump) months ago.

Insider has no information whatsoever - check the posting history. If a deal was done they would be broadcasting it. There is no deal - same with the buyout a while ago. As for burning shorts - it's ridiculous. Only Thompson and companies like nobilis care about the shorts.
