Short position is relatively stable. I think you have it wrong. September is end of quarter for money managers and most will be dumping before the end of the month. If you check comments for Cxr on stockchase.com, no money manager would touch this with a ten foot pole to establish a new position.  All kinds wll be selling and there are no buyers other than bottom fishers. Only a moron with no margin or cash available to cover his postion would sell this... I dont think anyone in their right minds would sell at 400 million market valuation. Anyone selling now is beyond help..
