Hey Generic,  the number of law firms doesn't really matter since only one can be selected to respresent a class of plaintiffs under a class action.  All these law firms are just vying for that ambulance chaser prize. Please update us when that happens and then update us again in 5 years when the hearing on the merits will likely take place, if at all.

Lumberfeverlong.  You are so wrong on so many levels.  And you should check the docket files.  Concordia has been served with 27 subpeonas so far.   What fun!   I have not seen anything quite like this before.

If you say so, but please tell us if any of the ambulance chasers have been selected by a court to represent a class of plaintiffs so shareholders who really want to waste their time on this can actually call a law firm who is authorized by a court to represent them.  If you can't do that, it is clear that your only aim here is to create more fear in  currrent shareholders and in ...more

Lumberfeverlong, Do not have access to court dockets?  The number in brackets is the case number and these two suits  have already been granted pre trial conferences for early October. I am not sure how securities law works in Canada but you clearly have your head in the sand. Stanczyk v.
