Came here to follow a buddy on biotechs but I see there is a lot of talk on this one which is far from a biotech! Let's see, after a 50 min "Due Dilligence" session, here is the verdict for all you dum-dums traders.
No serious investor will be touching this. No serious buyer will be touching this. This is pure Private Equity feasting on then "fisting" Public Equity of all sizes.
Fundamentals: This is "garbage buying old garbage", pulling a "fast one" on health insurance and national health plans of all sizes. Then painting a lot of pretty "adjusted" numbers for dum-dum greedy investors who don't know what they have bought into. Dum-dums who can't read financials or markets. Throw in dum-dums who follow ANAL-lists and KABOOM this is ZAMed from a common stock price perspective! The CEO? Look at his resume dum-dums! You have to be kidding me!
And, to make things worst, the garbage is on fire! Little traders are go anxious, they have no idea if the firemen can put thise out. They aren't even around! And trader dum-dums are using the fire to roast their mashmellows at the zoo as bears, bulls look on confused!
What a farce here! The weasels heading this sham are stuffing their off shore accounts to boot?
Who wins the top dum-dum award here? Please, master bull, step forward. Raise your hand. I need to see what a King Dum-Dum looks like! And kiddy traders are lining up to roast their weiners and mashmallows on this? What a pure zoo! I'm here for the fireworks show when the zoo closes!
Doesn't require a rocket scientist or someone like me, a fan of "incredibly advanced science", to look at this for 56 minutes now to see that it's rotten to the core!
No advanced charting skiils to see it's going straight down with zero catalyst for turn around! This dumpster is on fire boys, can't you see that?
This is a zoo, there are a bunch of filthy animals here and most are plain "dum-dums".
