Is the earn out not a good thing?

Does that payment not mean AMCO is performing as promised?  Also the payment for the 4 drugs is $7 million, not $72 million, according to the filings.

MirrorWOrldMan, If you mean pricing pressure is progressing well for the shorties then you are right. IMS data volume falls, Concordia raises prices. For this company is was always about taking ...more

"Until we know we are equally close to a double from here or another 50% drop" Brilliant!  Simply brilliant!

Jacking up prices of old drugs is no longer part of Concordia business plan. Market growth and share penetration  and new drugs will be.  Nobody looks back anymore, just shorty trying to scare longs into selling.  Nobody listens to shorts anymore either, except maybe newbie novice investors deciding an entry point. Do your DD.

I am part of an advocacy group and the fda is fasttracking generics that are more advanced than Concordia's old drugs.  My focus is on making generics affordable to all Americans, but I have never seen such a lack of disclosure in a drug company before who has nothing to hide (just as in Valeant where a subpeona need to be issued.)  The law firms are doing most of the work on ...more

Yes, and I'm part of "Mother Theresa against fraud". I'm green and I fly. How about if you throw shareholders here a bone and let them know what company you would invest in to recover in this health sector via the much needed patient generic medication which will be available at reasonable prices in the coming months and years? Only a small fraction of investors would short and ...more

"At any given moment we have two options: step forward into growth or to step back into safety", shorty talks about the past as if it will be the same moving forward. Mistake.

"shorty talks about the past as if it will be the same moving forward. Mistake. " No no no.  Shorties are saying the future will be worst than the past and I agree.  My only problem "pulling the trigger" is this tooks "too good to be true" to short. Any "toxic" play in a zoo with open cages has to be done with great care.

Dum-dums!!!!!  The AMCo deal is a setup.  It's the big mega cherry on the rotten cake! Have you seen the "goodwill" and the "price jacking" just before the sale?  Research what "AMCo" is!  Amdipharm+Mercury-"good stuff kept by Cinven"=complete garbage sold to suckers!  And by suckers, I mean Con-cordia bagholders. All fluff ...more

People who make too much money, generally spend too much money.  When you go from moderation to excess is when you get into trouble. Those who make too much money in illegal and dishonest ways often "push their luck" and karma comes back with a vengeance. And people who lost money will often "go away" never to return. As most honest investors who have lost money here ...more
