Concordia International Corp. (CXR) has below median officer and director direct ownership compared to its small-cap peers in the market, based on our estimate using SEDI data. Jordan Kupinsky, a Director, disposed 530,000 Common Shares on an indirect ownership basis for registered holder Pride Partnership at a price of $2.421 through the public market on November 8th, 2016. This represents a $1,283,130 divestment of the company's shares and an account share holdings change of -84.1%.

OH GEEZZZZ.. ONE DAY AFTER EARNINGS HE DUMPS.. DOESN'T SEC LAW SAY TRADING BAN FOR 3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER EARNINGS? I am not sure on this.. .. I looked at Sagent (it's where new CEO came from), people were selling just before company was sold to Japanese... I'm not saying that's the case here... but it tells me that the guy needed money after sotck has been in black (non-allowed) period for 6 months I don't think it violates anything, because the stock was in waiting period for 6 months and the person after earnings has ...more

Nope. You are wrong... They couldn't do a thing... Big boys started playing stock down and at one point, they will start playing up. And it's a fact that they will start, otherwise they wouldn't give 330MLN, I'm patient and will wait... They were playing because Clinton was coming, now all the bets are off...
